WINDSOR, ONT. —
A stopped practice is obstructing Manning Street on the Windsor’s east finish Wednesday night.
OPP say Manning is closed between County Street 42 and Little Baseline Street and rush hour visitors is sluggish going.
Particulars are restricted about why the freight practice stopped, however police say it will not be transferring for a while
