A 47-year-old Port Austin lady was injured late Friday in a crash in Sanilac County’s Greenleaf Township.
Round 11:45 p.m. Friday, a 23-year-old Sebewaing man in a 2001 Chevrolet S-10 was driving east on Bay Metropolis-Forestville Street when he entered the intersection with North Van Dyke Street after stopping on the cease signal. He then drove into the trail of the Port Austin lady, who was touring north in a 2009 Chevrolet Traverse. Each automobiles got here to relaxation within the roadway following the crash.
The Port Austin lady was transported to McLaren Thumb Area Heart for therapy of her accidents. The Sebewaing man, who was unhurt, was cited for failure to yield, inflicting an accident.
Sanilac County Sheriff’s Workplace deputies, members of the Cass Metropolis Fireplace Division and Marlette EMS responded to the scene of the crash.
