The proprietor of two defunct California trucking corporations filed for Chapter 7 chapter on Wednesday.

This motion comes after three breach-of-contract judgments amounting to over $317,000 had been entered towards Royal Flush 89 Transport and its proprietor, Getsemani Cuevas of Riverside, California.

In its submitting with the U.S. Chapter Courtroom for the Central District of California, Royal Flush lists property of as much as $50,000 and liabilities of between $500,000 and $1 million.
